Since 1992, Ken Butters @ Computer Paramedics has been a favored “Techie” for home and business users, bringing a down-to-earth approach to Virus & Spyware/Malware removal, backup strategies, desktop & laptop repair, and hardware repair. His favorite quote is, “Give a man a fish, and he eats for one day, but TEACH a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime.” He takes this approach when he repairs your computer, and will teach you to maintain your devices so that OMG moments are uncommon. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. He holds numerous certifications from Comp/Tia, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Compaq, Dell, and Toshiba. He is proficient in wireless networking, and routinely provides services for OfficeMax and Staples’ home services. He runs his mobile service out of Peoria, AZ, but serves the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area. He has been on contracts with Bank One, Wells Fargo, Sky Harbor Airport, American Express, Charles Schwab, and Vanguard Financial Services. He has also worked for the Department of Defense in the Server Maintenance and Backup/Restore area with General Dynamics C-$ Systems in Scottsdale. You know your information and data is safe and confidential in his hands, and has successfully passed numerous background checks and drug screens in the scope of employment. If you want it fixed, and done correctly, remember: You can’t pack 20+ years of experience and training into an 18-year-old.
